• Eligibility Window: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
   
• Product Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
   
• Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required for all returns.
   

You may initiate a return for the following reasons:

• Damaged product received upon delivery
   
• Wrong product sent (incorrect size, color, or item)
   

Please note: Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind or minor color variation due to digital photography.

1. Initiate Return: Email us at biharsymposium@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Mention your order ID, reason for return, and attach clear photos (in case of damage or incorrect item).
    
2. Return Approval: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will share return shipping instructions.
    
3. Shipping Back the Product: You are required to ship the product back to the address provided in the instructions. Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the error was on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
    

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
   
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 working days.
   
• Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment.
